The hotel had a lovely patio and clean, comfortable rooms with great breakfast options. the bed was also extremely comfortable and the pool was nice, according to some reviews. the hotel had a kettle to make tea in the room, as noted by a guest.
Some guests mentioned a lack of organization at the front desk staff, resulting in confusion about payment.

The hotel was in a great location, very close to the city center and the popular New Year's Eve fireworks display. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, plus there was a coffee maker and a mini-fridge, which was a convenient touch. The breakfast was also delicious and included a variety of fresh fruits and pastries.
The staff at the hotel seemed unorganized and we had some issues with check-in. Additionally, the bathroom could have been cleaner and there was a bit of noise from neighboring rooms. the experience was positive, but there were some areas for improvement.

We had a lovely stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was great, as it was close to everything and just a short distance from downtown. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with one even speaking German to us. The room was clean and comfortable, and we found no faults with it. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the dining room staff were always welcoming. The building and patio were attractive, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The pool was also a nice addition, providing a relaxing spot to unwind.
We recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel had comfortable and clean rooms, which gave a pleasant stay. the pool offered a nice area to relax during Easter holidays, and the breakfast had plenty of fresh options to choose from. the hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to public transport and nearby touristic attractions.
The hotel lacked attention to detail in some areas, such as broken tiles near the swimming pool and disorganized front desk staff. there were some inconveniences like the lack of cups in the room for the tea, no visible evacuation plan in case of an emergency and difficulties exiting the parking garage.
